I’ve walked this road
In my 37 years of leadership at United Parcel Service, I’ve faced countless situations that demand my A-game. I’ve felt the weight of expectations and the frustration of coming up short. What do you do when you want to be your best, but you’re stuck in behavior, communication, and thought patterns that hold you back?
Through Core Energy Leadership, I learned how to access more constructive responses in the way I live, work, and lead. As I started responding to life differently, I unlocked life-changing freedom, confidence, and passion. And I knew I had to share that same freedom with others.
